Six Reasons AGGRAND is Better!

1) AGGRAND is one of the most highly formulated (if not THE most highly formulated) fish-kelp products in the industry. It is elementally and ionically balanced to maximize soil microbial response, earth worm response, and foliar and root application responses. It contains:

This organic fertility plan costs under $15 per sample.

5) Growers can realize the benefits of AGGRAND such as increased tolerance to heat, drought, cold, and reduced susceptibility to insect and disease attack without changing their present system (although long term results will be better with reduced chemical use). Just apply it as a foliar feed at 1-2 gallons per acre or 2-3 ounces per gallon 10 days after emergence, first flower, and/or during fruit fill (use the higher rate for heavy feeders and high value crops such as corn, tomatoes, potatoes, and melons). AGGRAND added at 1-2 gallons per acre to the spray tank will increase pesticide effectiveness, reduce pesticide application necessity by 1/3 to ½, and relieve the impact of stress inducing impacts as listed above.

Things to Keep In Mind:

1) I am more than happy to discuss your individual needs and work in conjunction with the organic scientists at AGGRAND to put together a program that will work for you. It may take time, but you can break the chemical cycle and still have the kind of lawn, garden, crops that you want while protecting the environment that helps to make all of it possible.

2) On toxified soils it takes time to bring life back into the soil. AGGRAND must be used in conjunction with other sustainable practices for 3 to 5 years to get optimum results. On less toxified soils results are much more immediately seen.

3) When converting a lawn, garden, or field, weed pressure will get worse before it gets better. Weeds are adventitious (they move into compacted, unbalanced, toxified soils). But herbicide and insecticide use must be reduced or eliminated to get optimum results from AGGRAND and other organic inputs. Eventually the more evolved crop plants will out-compete weeds when the soil chemistry and biology are optimized.

In the meantime, it may be helpful to use corn gluten meal as an organic weed preventative. Corn gluten meal has been shown to halt weed germination, but it must be applied before weed seeds take root. Applications should be done in the spring in most northern states. Remember that corn gluten meal will stop the germination of any grass seed as well, so do not use it if you are reseeding a lawn.
